Integral Singapore comes from the heart; hearts that seek! Integral is inclusive and intuitive, universal and empowering. CAP to me means to CARE, be AWARE & PRESENT. Look around you! What problems do you see? How can you or we make it better? You can start by writing to us. Reach out and act! We live in a world that is both beautiful and terrible, but we, as co-inhabitants of this earth, can work together and make it less terrible.

Some of my mottos:

– Let it come from the heart – Never give up – To believe, educate, inform/ bring to light – Live within oneself wholesomely and live with the world at large harmoniously – Serve the underserved; most underserved group of people – To include everyone (with no prejudice/ biasness) – Be accessible, vulnerable and transparent – To see further beyond, feel deeper, love more, be more mindful than previously done
